We understand that plans change. While are private Historic Home that's greatly affected by even one cancellation, we will do our best to work with you.

Refund policies are subject to change at any time. Rates are subject to change and if rescheduling, you will be responsible for any additional charges that may apply.

You must call in person to reschedule reservations and/or events. All rescheduled stays or events are subject to availability. The Historic Model Farm reserves the right to determine if a reservation / event can be rescheduled.
PLEASE NOTE: Reservation / event rescheduling and refunds for high-demand periods will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

*PLEASE NOTE: As a courtesy to our guests during COVID, we have temporarily stopped taking deposits for reservations. Full payment will be due upon check-in. HOWEVER, due to the increased number of OTA (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) reservations that have presented invalid credit cards and/or have canceled last minute, our cancellation policy FOR THESE RESERVATIONS ONLY has changed:
~ Once the reservation is made, a minimal, NONREFUNDABLE charge will be processed to ensure the credit card is valid.
~ Cancellations made within the less-than-7-day window will be charged a 50%, NONREFUNDABLE cancellation fee.
~ Early Departure and No Show policies will remain as presented above.
